What reviewers say
Best Windproof Running Pants. Testers found it very comfortable, protective in gusts of about 40 mph, and roomy enough for a base layer. It lacks an insulating lining and the size range could be wider.
Treeline Review: 9 Best Women's Winter Running Leggings of 2026 (Tested) · Feb 12, 2026
Best for Extreme Cold Layering, aimed at layering below roughly 15°F, and light and compact enough to carry. The tester found it hard to pull on over shoes.
